PAPA ROACH: 'I Almost Told You That I Loved You' Video Released

June 15, 2009

"I Almost Told You That I Loved You", the latest video from PAPA ROACH's "Metamorphosis" album, can be viewed below. Singer Jacoby Shaddix told The Pulse of Radio about the track, "That song was born from a conversation that me and this fella Matt Zane — he's a musician but he also directs pornography films — and he was telling me about this girl. He was trying out the talent before he put her on camera, and he was like, 'Oh, Jacoby, man, the pussy was so good I almost told her that I loved her.' Me and Jay Baumgardner, the producer, looked at each other and we were like, 'Now that's a song title right there!'"

"Lifeline" was PAPA ROACH's second No. 1 hit, following its 2000 breakthrough single, "Last Resort".

"Metamorphosis", the band's fifth major label release, came out in March.

PAPA ROACH has recently been working with a charity called Loaves And Fishes in its hometown of Sacramento, California that helps families losing their homes due to the current economy. More information can be found at sacloaves.org.
